Whether you love to race or simply love to ride, our training camps are guaranteed to have you going further, getting faster, feeling stronger and simply having more fun on your bike.

 

We make training and improving simple! We take the structured, scientific training methods proven to improve your cycling performance and package it into a fun, social training camp experience for you.

  

Our next training camp is strictly limited to 20ppl and starts on 28 June. Spots will sell out fast!

  • An initial welcome and training camp team launch;

  • An 8 Week TrainingPeaks training program including indoor workouts and outdoor rides;

  • 2 x Functional Threshold Power (FTP) tests to set baseline training zones and measure progress;

  • 2 x structured Indoor Cycling interval based workouts p/wk in our Group Training classes at our private training facility on professional Wahoo Fitness power trainers;

  • Our professionally fitted out bike room enables you to complete your own individual workout specific to your FTP while side by side with your friends and training partners;

This training camp is suitable for any cyclist with a beginner to intermediate level of fitness. All you need is a 10 or 11 speed road bike and the love for a challenge! Our trainers are rim brake and disc brake compatible.
