INDOOR CYCLING

Join one of our Indoor Cycling classes and you are guaranteed to get 60mins of quality, structured, individualised training specific to you and your goals. 

 

Our Indoor Cycling room is fully fitted out with Wahoo KickR power based trainers and every workout is fully customised and created by us within the Trainer Road software platform.

We have 6 bike stations available in each class, each individually controlled meaning you get the social atmosphere and motivation of training side by side with others while still being able to complete your own workout, specific to your goals.

Every week you can choose from 3 pre-selected, progressive Workouts of the Week (WOW), one from each of our 3 Training Zones. Need something more specific? Choose from any of our 180+ custom workouts in our catalogue.

 

This quality of Indoor Cycling training has been proven at the top level but we have designed our facility and timetable with 25+ available class times p/wk to make it accessible to everyone.

 

All you need to bring is your bike, shoes, a towel and water bottle.
