Endure Performance gives you access to a flexible weekly timetable packed with all the classes, equipment and support you need to improve your health, fitness and performance.

 

Our All Access Membership and Casual Passes give you access to the Club House training facilities, equipment, group classes and training sessions. Train a little or train a lot. You now have the flexibility to choose What, When and How Much.

'The Social' coaching package is for the athlete who enjoys training for a specific goal with a structured program to follow.

 

Having a coach provide a goal specific program for them means less stress and worrying about what to do every session, giving them balance and peace of mind to enjoy the social aspect of training while knowing they are also getting fitter and healthier at the same time.

Knowing that you are getting the most out of each month, week, day and training session is crucial so having someone there to give you regular analysis, feedback and advice will be important to you.

Catch Up

We wouldn't be a very good wingman if all we did was make the introduction and then legged it, never to see or talk to you ever again.

We will regularly check in and 'Catch Up' with you in order to see how you and sports specific Strength & Conditioning are getting on and to assist you in maintaining a healthy, ongoing relationship together.
