STRENGTH TRAINING

Our group Strength Training classes are a supervised, structure and specific combination of Mobility, Activation, Stability, Strength and Power based exercises designed and proven to improve health, performance, efficiency, injury risk and power output.

 

With morning, midday and afternoon class times available Monday to Friday and each days workout built around a different Primary Movement, our program and timetable are designed to give you the flexibility to choose when, what and how much you incorporate throughout the year based on your goals.
