The training is based on professionally proven training methods, principles and philosophies but we have designed the camps specifically for the age group competitor, the everyday amateur and the weekend warrior who just loves a social, team training environment and being the best they can be.

The Ride training camp has 4 Program options:
These multiple levels ensure all abilities are catered for, challenged and progressed.
BASE & BUILD are both designed around two structured Indoor Cycling sessions per week and can be completed and repeated numerous times throughout the year.
PEAK is for competitors who wish to maintain one structured Indoor Cycling training session per week as they near a goal race or event and when outdoor riding time may be their priority.
With 20+ available times per week to complete your sessions, your training camp has both structure & flexibility to suit the busy lives of the everyday cyclist.
Your training program includes FTP testing in Week 1, 4 & 8 to measure baseline, set goals and track progress. Camp consists of two 4 week blocks made up of 3 Weeks of Build + 1 Week Recovery.
Your structured indoor sessions are complimented by group outdoor rides, a 4 x Session 'All Class Pass' for Strength, HIIT, Core & Stretch classes in our specialised and private Club House as well as a Nutrition presentation by a Sports Dietitian.

Based on two outdoor training sessions per week, our Running Camp is designed to offer social runners and the competitive weekend runner alike, the opportunity to train with structured progressive programming within a fun and socially supportive team environment.
Whether you come for the performance benefits or the social banter, comrade and post training coffee, our camps will deliver on all bases.
Your baseline and progress will be tested and measured through a local, flat 5km Park Run.
Your running camp includes a complimentary 4 x Session 'All Class Pass' so why not create a complete training week and compliment the outdoor structured running sessions with indoor HIIT Athletic, our full body high intensity resistance circuit class or Core, Stretch or endurance specific Strength classes at our private Club House and training facility in Bowen Hills.

Our newest training camp is designed specifically for the time crunched multi sport athlete who is looking to complete their first Tri, set a new PB or just someone who wants to enjoy the challenge of competing in a Triathlon without spending their entire life training for it.
