… then it might be time for a fit

  • A comprehensive bike fit includes a detailed assessment of your current setup, riding goals, body mechanics, flexibility, and injury history. I’ll analyse your position on the bike, adjust your contact points, and recommend changes to components if needed — all aimed at improving comfort, performance, and injury prevention.

  • As both an osteopath and endurance coach, I bring a unique perspective that combines clinical insight with real-world racing experience. I don’t just chase angles or textbook positions — I work with how your body actually moves to find a setup that’s sustainable and optimised for you.

  • If we identify a need for updated components (e.g., different bar width, saddle, cleats), I’ll suggest suitable options. A lot of product I will have in the studio, however if not, I will help you source them. I work with brands like Profile Design, Fast TT and others, but the goal is always to find what’s best for you. I can also help install new parts if needed during and after the session.

  • Yes — fits are tailored to the demands of your specific discipline.

  • Absolutely. You don’t need to be racing to benefit from a fit. If you’re experiencing discomfort, new to riding, or just want to feel more confident on the bike, a fit can make a huge difference early on.

  • Your bike, shoes, any spare spacers or equipment that were provided with your bike, the shoes and cycling kit/triathlon suit you will be racing in, any gear you regularly ride with (helmet, aero bars, etc.)

  • A full fit is $400 — but it goes well beyond just the session itself.

    The cost includes:

    • A thorough 1-on-1 fit tailored to your goals and biomechanics

    • Post-fit follow-up support and minor tweaks for up to 3 months

    • Product research (e.g. saddles, extensions, stems) based on your needs

    • Ongoing guidance if parts need to be ordered or changes implemented after the fit

This isn’t just about adjusting your position on the day — it’s about setting you up for long-term comfort, performance, and confidence on the bike.

  • Sessions run for about 2 hour.

  • All bike fits include free tweaks for the first 3 months, as small adjustments are sometimes needed. It’s normal to take 4–6 weeks to fully adapt, so ease back in with light to moderate riding before resuming intense efforts.
