Our Purpose

To help people move, train, and perform pain-free — with less guesswork and more clarity.

We’re here for the those recovering from injury, training for a race, stuck at the desk all day, or those hoping to feel stronger in their bodies. Whether you're prepping for race day or just trying to get through your workday without that familiar tightness, we meet you where you’re at — and help you get where you want to go.

This isn’t about quick fixes or general advice. It’s about practical, professional, personalised care that fits your goals.

Our Values

1. Performance with Purpose
Whether you’re chasing a PB or pain-free movement, we care about real outcomes — not just ticking boxes.

2. Clarity over Confusion
We cut the fluff. No guessing, no gimmicks — just clear communication and proven strategies.

3. Honest Human Connection
No white coats, no egos. Just people working with people, with respect, empathy, and a bit of banter.

4. Individualisation Always
Your body, goals, and training load are unique — your plan should be too.

5. Earned Trust
We believe in showing up consistently, doing the work, and earning your trust over time — not demanding it up front.

“We are far more capable than we give ourselves credit for.”

I’m Glenn — osteopath, endurance coach, and founder of Endure Performance.

My goal is simple: to help people move with confidence, strength, and purpose — no matter where they’re starting from.

I grew up in Melbourne and began my journey as a competitive swimmer before finding my stride in triathlon. Since then, I’ve competed at the Ironman and 70.3 World Championships, landed multiple age group podiums, and recently moved to Queensland for more sunshine, better training conditions, and fresh opportunities to grow — both personally and professionally. My background isn’t just academic — it’s lived, tested, and built on experience.

Long before any finish lines, I was fascinated by the human body — how it performs, what holds it back, and how we can overcome pain or injury without losing momentum. That curiosity led me to osteopathy, and a deeper understanding that high performance isn’t just for elite athletes — it’s just as important for office workers with back pain, new parents with tight shoulders, or weekend warriors who want to train without breaking down.

In the clinic, I take a whole-person, evidence-informed approach, blending hands-on treatment, movement-based rehab, and education to help people move better — and keep moving for longer. No gimmicks. No fluff. Just honest care that respects your goals and your body.

Whether you're chasing a personal best or chasing your kids around the house, you’re an athlete in my eyes — and you deserve treatment that sees the big picture, not just the sore spot.

When I’m not in the clinic or out training, I’m usually back home visiting family and friends — or hanging with my dog, Snickers, the most beloved member of the Endure Performance team.

I created Endure Performance because I didn’t want to work in a system that rushed appointments, recycled treatment plans, or treated symptoms in isolation.

This business is built around the idea that high-quality care should be personal, practical, and adaptable. Whether you’re dealing with pain, trying to optimise your bike position, or working toward a race, I want you to feel heard, supported, and on track.

It's not about fixing you — it’s about helping you understand your body and take ownership of your health.
