After 18 years of running marathons, I achieved a time I never thought was possible. It still hasn’t sunk in — I honestly can’t stop crying. I’m beyond grateful for your coaching.

Our most popular coaching format.

1. Getting Started

Once you’re on board, we kick off with an online consult to talk goals, experience, and training history.
Then we spend 1–2 weeks benchmarking your fitness and identifying the right strategy moving forward.

2. Your Training Plan

You’ll receive a fully customised program delivered weekly via TrainingPeaks — a free app that syncs with your sports watch (Garmin, Coros, etc).
As you complete your sessions, your data uploads directly to me. I’ll review it, provide feedback, and adapt your plan in real time based on how you’re tracking.

Plans are adjusted weekly to suit:

  • Your fitness & progress

  • Your race timeline

  • Your weekly schedule & availability
We also build in tapering, recovery weeks, nutrition guidance, and mental prep — especially in the lead-up to race day.

3. Injury Support & Holistic Care

As a qualified Osteopath, your body’s health is my top priority.
We’ll regularly check in around soreness or niggles. If needed, you can book a treatment directly with me and I’ll modify your training as needed to keep things on track — not broken down.

4. Extras

Discounts on partner products (nutrition, apparel & more)

Private WhatsApp Group for community, race updates & support

Race-week check-ins and strategic prep

Personalised coaching is for you if you:

  • Are working toward a triathlon, marathon, or half marathon

  • Need structure instead of “just winging it”

  • Want to train smarter and more efficiently

  • Struggle with consistency or motivation over time

  • Value support from someone who understands both sport and the science behind it

One-Off Custom Training Plans

Want structure without the weekly check-ins? This option gives you a clear, personalised roadmap to train toward your goal — without the ongoing coaching cost.

These plans are best suited for athletes who:

  • Prefer to train independently

  • Don’t need regular feedback or updates

  • Want a tailored, progressive program to follow

  • Have a specific race or goal distance in mind

  • Are after something more affordable than full coaching

After a quick consult and fitness assessment, I’ll build out a full program that matches your ability, timeline, and event. You’ll get the same structure and planning I use for coached athletes — just without the weekly communication and adjustments.

While this option doesn’t include features like real-time updates, coaching feedback, or community access, it’s a solid alternative for those after guidance on a budget.

Prices are flexible depending on duration and complexity. You only pay once — no ongoing cost.

Programs can also be integrated into Training Peaks for a one-time cost of $40 if requested.

I’m really enjoying it so far. I’ve actually been taking my easy runs easy — and I’m pulling up so much better because of it.

Honestly, I think (touch wood) my hamstring issues have almost resolved just from slowing things down during the week.

The progression run was a solid challenge — I was definitely feeling it by the 10km pace, but I managed to hold on.
